We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to provide operational leadership and support the growth and success of our Children's Services division in Queensland.

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director – Children's Services, you will oversee the delivery of therapeutic residential care services across Queensland, ensuring safe, high-quality, and person-centred supports for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and growth of residential care services across Queensland
- Provide leadership, support, and development to Youth Workers
- Build strong relationships with young people, Child Safety Services, and key stakeholders
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce capability across residential services
- Manage incidents, risks, and care concerns in line with legislative and organisational requirements
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, reporting requirements, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence across operations
- Support placement matching, transition planning, and complex care coordination
Our Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Experience managing residential care or child protection services
- Sound knowledge of the Queensland child protection system
- Experience supporting children and young people impacted by trauma
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to build positive relationships across the sector
- A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and positive outcomes for children and young people
- Strong organisational and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
